  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  2. Include the RMA number with your returned package.
  3. Ship items using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
